The Way of Salvation:

The Bible clearly explains that we are all sinners who cannot save ourselves. There is none righteous, no, not one. . . There is none who does good, no, not one. . . For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:10, 12, 23). Because of our sin we deserve to spend eternity in hell. For the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). That is the bad news. But the good news is that Jesus Christ saves sinners. He rescues us from the hell that we deserve by taking our sins upon Himself and dying in our place on the cross. So that all who put their faith and trust in Him are saved from the wrath to come. As Romans 6:23 goes on to say, For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. So the answer to the question: What must I do to be saved is: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved (Acts 16:31).
